Job Description
Responsible for managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in support of enterprise technology initiatives. Applies basic knowledge of project management methodologies to coordinate activities across technical teams, business units, and vendors. Supports risk tracking, documentation, and reporting using standard project tools. Contributes to the successful execution of projects by ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and compliance requirements. Identifies ways to accelerate or improve delivery using AI tools, automation, or process improvements. 2+ years of relevant project management experience, supporting technical project teams Proficient in managing technical project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, IT, and vendor teams Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise projects Experience with coordinating technical teams, managing vendor deliverables, and supporting project execution and reporting Advanced knowledge of project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. ADO (preferred), Power BI, ServiceNow) to support transparency, accountability, and performance monitoring Experience with Agile project delivery in a technical environment Working knowledge of other project delivery methodologies Working knowledge of risk identification, change control, and stakeholder communication in technical environments Basic skill in translating technical updates into business-friendly reporting formats and supporting leadership presentations Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Professional Certifications (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP, PMI•ACP, PgMP, SAFe Practitioner, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications). Working knowledge of systems architecture, DevOps, or cloud services basics Experience creating or maintaining ADO dashboards Experience driving projects that implemented, upgraded, or modified the ServiceNow platform
