Leo is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) located in Redmond, WA to support the Aviation Design, Product Design (Mechanical), Electrical Design and Antenna Design for the Customer Terminal (CT) Aviation Projects. As a Senior TPM, you will lead the System development of the aviation customer terminal products, subsystem accessories, and accessories by working closely with cross functional teams including the Device TPM, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Antenna Engineering, Aviation partners and Airline customers to meet Key Performance Metrics for technical and schedule requirements. You will ensure the hardware design and deliverables align with system software deliverables for key builds. You will collaborate with the Device TPM, Product Integrity, Finance, Operations (including Quality, Operations Program Managers, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) to successfully mitigate challenges and maintain project milestone. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. The ideal person will treat the Senior TPM with a "Founder's Mentality" and own all Day One deliverables like it is their own start up.

Scale and evolve key processes and design review checkpoint mechanisms to enable responsible last minute decision making on one way and two way door decisions. Manage and communicate product development critical issues, work collaboratively to execute solutions meeting key product KPI and escalate as required when teams are unable to reach a consensus or decisions are one

A day in the life The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing execution of the Device Hardware and Accessories (cables, power supplies, etc.) with a balance of technical skills, bias for action, customer obsession, and ownership. The TPM will collaborate daily onsite with the hardware development team located in Redmond, WA including Product Design, Industrial Design, Electrical, and Antenna teams. On a weekly basis, the TPM will create agendas and presentations leading to meetings at the Director and VP level to make timely one way and two way door decisions to maintain project timelines, finances, requirements and deliverables Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• 7+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of team management experience
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
