Job Description validation and automation efforts for Android-based software platforms. This position is highly focused on automation development and requires deep experience with Appium, ADB, and Python-based test frameworks. The engineer will work closely with development teams to ensure new features are thoroughly tested and automated before release. Candidates with automotive infotainment or connected vehicle experience will be especially attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Android automation frameworks using Python and Appium. Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios. Utilize ADB for device management, debugging, logging, and issue investigation. Partner with software developers to automate test coverage throughout development cycles. Validate Android applications, services, and integrations across multiple environments. Investigate defects and work with engineering teams to drive issue resolution. Expand automation coverage and improve testing efficiency across Android platforms. Support release qualification activities and overall product quality initiatives.
