In this field-based role, you will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple sites. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance across assigned commercial properties Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Respond to work orders and service requests within defined SLAs Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in facilities Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and parts usage Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and JLL standards Collaborate with property and facility managers to plan maintenance activities Provide on-call support for urgent building issues as required Identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce operating costs Required Skills HVAC maintenance and repair Basic electrical systems troubleshooting Plumbing repair and maintenance Building automation systems (BAS) familiarity CMMS/work order management systems Mechanical aptitude and hand/power tool proficiency Reading technical drawings and equipment manuals Preventive maintenance planning Safety and OSHA compliance practices Vendor and contractor coordination
