Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart Build responsive, high-performing applications for both Android and iOS Develop integrations with REST APIs and enterprise platforms Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Recommend application enhancements and technology improvements Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices Support business-facing and manufacturing mobile applications Stay current on emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
3-5 years of professional mobile application development experience 2+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart development Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, RESTful APIs, and full software development lifecycle Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise platforms such as CRM, CMS, or similar systems Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management concepts Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders Experience working independently and in Agile development environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern mobile development best practices
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, manufacturing/business operations applications, and mentoring junior developers
