This is a freelance position (40 hours a week) for four months that is onsite 5 days a week. The Motion Designer will create motion graphic design and animation creative for single title marketing campaigns, multi-title brand and streaming platform promotions. Key Responsibilities Responsible for visually communicating the company brand aesthetics as they relate to video & digital marketing and content including trailers, tv spots, sizzles, brand promos and social pieces. Collaborate and execute creative and engaging design and motion that translates the company and shows tone and message. Work with project and production management to ensure timely and affordable delivery of all creative. Strive to ensure that all motion graphic design created are consistent to each other or within brand guidelines, on or off platform. Strive for creative excellence and creative innovation that will enhance the projects profile, company brand and team spirit. Work closely with editors, creative directors, producers, project managers to estimate and manage project budgets and schedules. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design in streaming, film, television marketing
• Advanced skills in design and animation software/technologies
• Experience in Maya and/or Cinema 4D
• Strong style frames and typography skills, toolkits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert in Mac, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities, deadlines, and daily time constraints.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in designing and creating multiple campaigns in print and on-air. Current knowledge of the AI tooling and applications for motion graphic design Preferred
• Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery
• Experience navigating complex internal and external creative partnerships
• Experience presenting creative concepts to leadership
