Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior CI/CD Automation Engineer (AI-Enabled Release Engineering) to join a forward-thinking engineering organization driving automation and AI-led transformation. This role will be responsible for designing and building a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem that spans both containerized and traditional VM-based environments. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with expertise in ReactJS and Java who can also lead automation efforts across testing, deployment, and release processes. This individual will play a key role in modernizing SDLC practices, enabling secure and scalable deployments, and collaborating across engineering, security, and platform teams to deliver highly resilient solutions.

Day-to-Day:

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across hybrid environments
• Automate test frameworks and deployment processes
• Build and enhance web-facing applications using ReactJS and Java
• Support deployments across Kubernetes/OpenShift and VM-based infrastructure
• Collaborate with platform, security, and engineering teams to ensure secure releases
• Identify and close gaps in test automation and deployment automation
• Implement AI-assisted approaches to improve vulnerability response

• Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, XLR , Datical)
• Strong experience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Playwright)
• Strong experience with deployment automation (Ansible)
• Strong full-stack development: o ReactJS (front-end) o Java (backend services / microservices)
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
• Experience supporting VM-based platforms ( RHEL , Windows)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL ( SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing highly available and resilient deployment patterns
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments
