This is a full-time position in a hotel environment handling "Tier I/ II" Microsoft Networking and Workstation Issues for a mid-size group of users. You will be onsite M-F 8a-5p providing deskside support in an office environment and working with senior network engineers remotely when needed.

Qualifications:

Experience providing support in small to medium sized business Professional Appearance (buttoned shirt and coat daily) Currently local to, or within 15 miles of, 91608 Reliable on a Daily basis from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Professional Skill Set must include: Strong Windows 11 Experience Microsoft Office Experience Active Directory Experience Corporate Support Experience Ticketing System Experience Ability to Prioritize Tasks Skills that would be an added plus: Microsoft Engineering Certification Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare or similar Industry The ability to be a Professional, Personable, IT Administrator Candidate must have the following personal skill sets: Presentable with Good Communication and Organization skills
