  • Sr. Network Engineer (Cisco Nexus 9K / ACI) Irvine, CA
  • 100% Onsite Local Candidates Only We are actively hiring a Senior Network Engineer for a large-scale Data Center Switch Refresh project supporting enterprise healthcare environments.
This role requires deep expertise in Cisco Nexus 9K, Cisco ACI, Routing & Switching, and hands-on data center operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in production environments and handling both advanced troubleshooting and occasional physical install activities.
Core Responsibilities:
Configure and support Cisco Nexus 9000 switches in
NX-OS & ACI
environments Perform advanced Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting Work with VLANs, trunking, vPC, SVIs, OSPF, BGP, and Spanning Tree Configure ACI tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, and policies Support switch refresh, migration, rack/stack, cable patching, and deployment activities Troubleshoot fabric health, endpoint connectivity, and network performance issues Collaborate with infrastructure, security, virtualization, and application teams
Required Skills:
CCNP-level Routing & Switching expertise Strong Cisco Nexus 9K experience Hands-on Cisco ACI configuration & troubleshooting Expert TCP/IP networking knowledge 3+ years of switch refresh/project implementation experience Strong troubleshooting and operational support background

BGP InfoBlox
DHCP/IPAM
LogicMonitor ServiceNow Important:
Heavy technical screening process Must be able to pass engineering panel interviews Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist with physical installs when required
Pay:
$70.00
