Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks Monitor network performance, availability, and security Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and latency problems Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) Ensure network security through proper segmentation, firewall rules, and access controls Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures Collaborate with systems, security, and application teams on infrastructure projects Support cloud and hybrid networking (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP connectivity) Assist with disaster recovery, backup connectivity, and business continuity planning Qualifications required: Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT) Experience with routing and switching protocols Hands-on experience with firewalls and security appliances Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools Understanding of network security best practices Knowledge of VoIP, QoS, and wireless networking Familiarity with cloud networking (a plus) Scripting or automation skills (a plus) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Clear documentation and communication skills Team-oriented with a proactive mindset Why Join Us?
