Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Saint Petersburg, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced network engineering professional who enjoys designing, securing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The Senior Network Engineer will support high-availability network operations, wireless infrastructure, voice and data systems, mobile communications, fleet and edge computing environments, telecommunications, and enterprise security initiatives. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to lead complex infrastructure projects, mentor other technical professionals, and contribute to long-term network strategy. Key Responsibilities Administer, optimize, and maintain LAN, WLAN, WAN, wireless, routing, switching, firewall, and telecommunications environments. Design, implement, and support high-availability network infrastructure across multiple facilities, operational environments, and hybrid cloud or on-premises systems. Troubleshoot complex network, voice, wireless, mobile, fleet, edge computing, and infrastructure issues while recommending proactive performance improvements. Manage network security, access controls, permissions, IP addressing, network access lists, software updates, patches, hardware upgrades, and lifecycle activities. Maintain accurate network documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, policies, and technical recommendations. Lead infrastructure projects, communicate technical updates clearly, and provide mentorship and technical guidance to network engineering team members.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$95,000 per year.
