Chief of Network Integrity Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting on behavioral health services , activities and outcomes for adults, adolescents and their families with SEFBHN Network Providers. This position will utilize service delivery narratives, continuous data surveillance, performance improvement plans to ensure compliance with agency contracts, identify high utilizers, care coordination and training opportunities. Develop strategies and procedures to improve outcomes for the identified Priority Populations. Recommend system changes as needed to improve processes.
Supervisory Responsibility:
There is no Supervision of other staff in this position.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree OR Five years' experience in the behavioral health field. Understanding of the principles of care coordination, and experience coordinating behavioral health care services across systems.
Essential Job Functions:
- Focus ongoing efforts at obtaining the goals and outcomes identified in the SEFBHN Priorities Plan.
- Review and critically assess provider documentation (i.e., service delivery narratives, on-site and off- site validations and performance improvement plan)to help assure proposed delivery methods are utilized in practice as stated.
- Reviews invoice related documents; statement of funding, Appendix 1 Data Codes Values, and denied services report.
- Provide system and case-specific expertise to providers to achieve best, desired outcomes for adults and adolescents, especially for high utilizers and those involved with multi-systems.
- Provides education and resources regarding utilization of capacity by covered service/lapse/burn rate and OCA (Other Cost Accumulator) to support consistency in network providers.
- Collaborate with network providers and systems to ensure effective, timely, and integrated care for consumers needing services and care implementation.
- Analyze, track data accuracy, performance measures, required reports and report data and outcomes related to all assigned duties, projects, and grants.
- Reviews and provides strategic education, support, and follow-up regarding Incident Reporting & Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Complaints & Grievances.
- Provide education and training seminars to the network and community regarding SEFBHN priorities, goals, and initiatives.
- Participate on related committees and system of care integration workgroups to increase collaboration between our provider network agencies and other systems and entities.
- Completes DCF Reports in accordance with Department of Children and Families requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contract performance data. As assigned.
- Provides technical assistance to contracted providers, including guidance on data collection, reporting requirements, documentation standards, and performance expectations to ensure compliance and accuracy. As assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Position Specific Knowledge of medication assisted treatment. Perform key activities identified in the Southeast Florida Behavioral Health Network Coordination of Care Plan, to obtain identified coordination of care goals and outcomes Familiarity with DCF (Incorporated) Guidance documents for programs and funding. Knowledge of recovery-oriented system of care framework. Community resource awareness. Knowledge of available funding streams. Knowledgeable about system mandates. Strong interpersonal skills. Culturally sensitive. General Demonstrate good writing and organizational skills. Skilled in managing own time and working independently.
