This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour

Experience:

1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office/Project Coordinator.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Type:

Full-time;

Temporary Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Network Contracting Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Monitor and process incoming faxes, mail, and emails related to contracting activities. Enter and monitor data into applicable department tracking tools/applications per workflows and policy and procedure. Distribute time-sensitive contract-related documents and correspondence. Organize, prioritize, communicate, and manage workload effectively and efficiently. Prepare and issue new and amended provider contracts. Maintain contracts (soft and hard copy files). Organize, track, and support the manager in responding to provider fee increase requests. Assist with preparation, tracking, and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Intermediate skills using

Microsoft Office:

Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Professional written and oral communication skills. Ability to solve problems, analyze, think critically, and make good judgment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
