As part of their continued growth, they are looking for Automation Engineers, Automation technicians and Automation Project Engineers to join their team. Whether your strength lies in hands-on commissioning and programming, or leading projects and managing customer relationships, there is an opportunity here to match your experience and career ambitions. The Opportunity These roles sit at the heart of project delivery, covering everything from initial project handover through to final commissioning and client sign-off. You'll be involved in delivering high-quality building automation and HVAC control systems, working closely with engineering teams, field technicians, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Depending on your experience, you'll either take ownership of technical delivery in the field, lead full project execution, or combine both elements. What You'll Be Doing Delivering automation and HVAC control projects from start-up through to completion Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting DDC-based control systems Managing or supporting project execution, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination Acting as a key point of contact between customers, engineers, and field teams Reviewing project scope, control sequences, and technical documentation Performing system testing, point-to-point checks, and calibration of devices Supporting procurement, financial tracking, and reporting where required Ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and repeat business Mentoring junior engineers or technicians where appropriate What We're Looking For Experience in automation, building controls, HVAC systems, or related environments Strong understanding of HVAC or DDC systems and control logic Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation Experience with commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, or project delivery Good understanding of automation networks and communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Commercial awareness (particularly for project-focused candidates) Why Join?
