Standard Job DescriptionMaintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

Basic Qualifications

Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Desired Skills

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
  
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high availability and performance
  
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues
  
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
  
• Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls
  
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
  
• Stay current with DevOps trends

Full-Time Salary Range:

$118000.00 - $219100.00
