We invest in our people with significant training and learning opportunities Competitive compensation 75% benefits paid for on a premium plan Job Details Position Summary We are seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, and support automated test systems and industrial automation solutions. This role will be responsible for PLC/HMI programming, system integration, and commissioning of custom test equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across electrical, software, and mechanical interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design and develop control systems for automated test equipment and production systems Program PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and develop
HMI/SCADA
interfaces Integrate instrumentation, sensors, motion systems, and data acquisition hardware Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Support system assembly, debugging, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) Lead or assist with on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver turnkey systems Ensure systems meet customer specifications, safety standards, and performance requirements Provide technical support and continuous improvement for existing systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or test systems Strong from scratch PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley and Siemens) Experience with
HMI/SCADA
