4-5 years of experience with Cisco/Meraki (MX, routers, switches, VPN), TCP/IP, DHCP, and general network administration. 2.

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues (including printers), following ITIL best practices. 3. Strong personality, confidence, and communication skills to interact with various teams and vendors. 4.
