Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies. Offers endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related tasks. Maintains an Advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies. Operate across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders. Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Conducts trade studies and makes recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions. What You Must Have US Citizenship required with a TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain CI Polygraph Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products. 5+ years of experience with BS degree or a combination of years of experience and education. Progressive roles from Administrator to Sr. Engineer. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later. Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS). Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD). Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX. Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM). Citrix App Layering. Liquidware Profile Unity. Hyper V, VMware VDI (Microsoft or Citix NetScalers / ADCs). Familiar with HP AnyConnect and Leostream. What Would be Nice to Have Experience managing and administering Windows Server clustering.
