Type:

full-time Enterprise Voice We are seeking an experienced Cisco Unified Communications (UC) Engineer with expertise in Cisco voice technologies, automation, logging/analytics, and testing. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, automate, and validate enterprise voice services in a large-scale production environment. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM/Call Manager) Cisco Unity Connection Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR) Analog devices and integrations (ATAs, fax, paging, elevator phones, emergency phones) Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent) Experience developing and executing AXL API scripts for automation, reporting, provisioning, and bulk administration Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages Experience using Splunk for log analytics, monitoring, dashboard development, troubleshooting, and operational reporting Strong understanding of SIP, SCCP, dial plans, call routing, voice quality analysis, and troubleshooting Experience supporting large enterprise voice environments Key Responsibilities Administer and support Cisco UC infrastructure, including CUCM, Unity, gateways, and analog solutions Develop automation and operational tooling using AXL APIs and scripting Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis utilizing Splunk and other monitoring platforms Design, execute, and document QA, system integration, and regression testing for voice infrastructure changes, upgrades, patches, and migrations Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, validation procedures, and rollback strategies Validate call flows, voicemail functionality, gateway integrations, analog services, and emergency calling capabilities following system changes Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, and SBC technologies Knowledge of Cisco Expressway and Webex Calling Experience in change management and production release validation
