Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage the DSP hotline and shared email inbox, including inbound and outbound communications Respond to inquiries from both prospective and existing DSPs in English and Spanish. Conduct initial phone screenings for prospective DSPs and collect information regarding their background, experience, operational capacity, driver resources, and preferred markets Explain basic DSP requirements, the application process, onboarding steps, and relevant policies. Schedule virtual or in-person interviews and send confirmations and reminders. Assist existing DSPs with general operational, system, onboarding, documentation, billing, and process-related questions Accurately identify, categorise, and document each DSP's inquiry. Resolve routine questions independently based on established procedures and available information. Route complex cases to the correct internal team with complete background information and a clearly defined request. Proactively follow up with DSPs and internal stakeholders until each case is fully resolved. Maintain accurate records of each case, including its current status, responsible party, next step, expected completion date, and final resolution Identify recurring DSP questions and operational issues, and provide structured summaries to management. Maintain organised recruitment, onboarding, and support trackers Ensure that no call, email, candidate, request, or follow-up item is overlooked. Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large number of requests systematically. Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive each case to completion. Clear and structured communication skills. Strong logical thinking and attention to detail. Able to summarise complex or unclear issues accurately and identify the key information needed for resolution. Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, cases, appointments, and follow-up tasks. Able to prioritise urgent and important matters effectively. Strong tracking, documentation, and time-management skills. Professional, patient, and service-oriented when handling questions or complaints. Able to work independently without repeated reminders. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particulaarly Excel or Google Sheets. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
