This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can architect automation solutions, build scalable frameworks, and lead both onshore and offshore automation engineers. You'll be responsible for improving automation coverage, reducing manual testing efforts, strengthening CI/CD integration, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of automated regression testing. Drive automation integration within CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable regression testing as part of the release process. Troubleshoot complex automation failures related to application changes, dynamic UI elements, authentication, test data, environments, and framework issues. Partner with QA, development, and product teams to identify automation gaps and improve overall testing efficiency and quality. Support automation efforts across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other business-critical applications. Monitor automation health and execution results, continuously working to improve test stability, reduce flaky tests, and lower maintenance effort. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-assisted testing, self-healing automation, and other innovations that improve automation effectiveness and scalability.
