Job Description
This is a long-term contract with potential to convert FTE if the candidate does not need any type of work sponsorship. This is a remote position although candidate that are able to come on site would be preferred. Top Skills' Details
- 3-7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on automation and integration
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex identity ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience delivering automation solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for IAM processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
- Develop and enhance workflows within IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk) to support identity lifecycle management
- Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services using APIs and connectors
- Automate role-based and attribute-based access controls (RBAC/ABAC) to improve governance and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement access policies and automation strategies
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and drive operational efficiency through scripting and orchestration
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring automated controls, logging, and reporting are in place
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM automation workflows, integrations, and data accuracy
- Contribute to the development of IAM standards, best practices, and reusable automation frameworks

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), Okta, CyberArk, or similar tools
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and system integration
- Knowledge of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD)
- Familiarity with access control models (RBAC, ABAC) and identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and SaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
- Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST)
- Experience with certificate lifecycle management (CLM) or secrets management (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault)
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and orchestration tools
- Prior experience supporting large-scale IAM transformation or migration initiatives
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
