Full Job Description Description:
NetGain Technologies is looking for a Project Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This isn't a break/fix role or a help desk escalation path — it's a project delivery seat. You'll execute structured implementation projects for small business, mid-market, and enterprise clients, working directly with our PMO from kickoff through documented closeout. If you're the kind of engineer who reads a project plan before touching a config, takes pride in leaving an environment better than you found it, and can walk into a client site and own the room — this role is for you. What You'll Do Execute infrastructure implementation projects end-to-end, including Windows Server deployments, virtualization migrations (VMware and Hyper-V), and network/firewall buildouts across client environments. You'll work from a defined SOW and project plan, coordinating directly with a dedicated Project Manager and documenting completed work before the project closes. Expect a mix of remote delivery and periodic client site work.
