Key Responsibilities Design and deploy VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC) SDDC environments Implement and manage NSX-T (micro-segmentation, routing, firewall, VPN) Perform HCX migrations (vMotion, bulk, cold migration) Integrate on-prem VMware environments with AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, TGW) Handle troubleshooting & RCA across VMware stack Manage day-to-day operations of hybrid cloud infrastructure Optimize performance, capacity, and availability Create documentation, runbooks, and best practices Required Skills Strong experience in: vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, v

SAN NSX-T

(DFW, NAT, VPN, BGP, OSPF) VMware Cloud on AWS (VMC) HCX migrations Solid networking knowledge ( TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols ) Expertise in troubleshooting VMware environments Good understanding of virtualization, storage, and compute Nice to Have Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS) Knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Exposure to vRealize Suite, Carbon Black AWS services ( EC2, VPC, IAM, Direct Connect ) SRM & Disaster Recovery VMware certifications ( VCP / VCAP / VCIX / VCDX )
