IAM Analyst
Job Description
Required Qualifications (P2) 1 to 3+ years of experience in Information Security, Technology Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or an equivalent combination of professional experience, training, military service, or education. 2+ years of hands-on experience in IAM operations, including one or more of the following areas: User access provisioning and request fulfillment Access de-provisioning and account termination processes Access certification and entitlement review support Authorization and authentication management Preferred Qualifications (P2) Practical experience supporting IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID. Working knowledge of security and regulatory compliance frameworks, including ISO, NIST, SOX, and PCI, with an understanding of their impact on access management controls. Experience operating in a ticket-driven, queue-based support environment while managing multiple priorities. Ability to follow established processes and procedures, while recognizing issues that require escalation. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of identity and authentication technologies such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM. Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities across various IAM operational functions.
