Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator II for a Direct Hire with a client in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate for designing workflows, supporting ITSM modules, and delivering scalable solutions while maintaining platform governance and best practices.

Salary Range:

$100K/Yearly to $130K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Administrator II Responsibilities include:

Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability, performance, and scalability. Lead ServiceNow architecture and platform design initiatives while providing technical guidance and best practices. Design, develop, and implement workflows, automation, and integrations with enterprise applications. Support and enhance ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog. Manage platform upgrades, deployments, and configurations across multiple ServiceNow environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions, improve processes, and maintain platform governance within Agile/ITIL frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of overall technology experience, including 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, development, and maintenance. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, workflow design, and enterprise application integrations.
