Job Description
Description We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and maintain a reliable enterprise technology environment in Mesa, Arizona. This role focuses on keeping core infrastructure running smoothly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and strengthening day-to-day system performance across server and desktop platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and virtualization tools, along with a practical approach to troubleshooting and user support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows-based server environments to ensure stability, security, and consistent uptime.
- Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, access controls, and directory health.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 endpoints, addressing hardware, software, and operating system issues for end users.
- Monitor system performance and apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to keep infrastructure operating effectively.
- Provide technical support for Dell hardware platforms, coordinating diagnostics, maintenance, and issue resolution as needed.
- Maintain and support Citrix environments to enable dependable remote access and application delivery.
- Investigate recurring technical problems, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes to improve system reliability.
- Document configurations, support procedures, and administrative changes to promote consistency and operational continuity. Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and core system administration practices.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 devices in a business setting.
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and related infrastructure support.
- Practical experience with Citrix administration or user environment support.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with users and internal teams.
