Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting oversight, tax coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for managing month end and year end close activities, preparing financial statements and performance analyses, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, and cross functional teams to support strategic decision making, improve financial processes, and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting and finance leadership experience, expertise in financial planning and compliance, proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement short
  • and long-term financial goals, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee internal financial controls and improve accounting processes
  • Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and performance analyses
  • Manage month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting packages
  • Coordinate audits and support audit preparation
  • Prepare and file tax returns in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Supervise daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years total experience in finance/accounting
  • Experience with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance expertise
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting, budget management, and consolidation
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
