We are looking for a highly organized Quality Systems Administrator to support the records, documents, training files, and audit activities that keep our FAA repair station compliant and audit-ready. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, clear processes, and following items through to completion. Previous aviation experience is helpful, but strong quality, compliance, or document-control experience from another regulated industry may also qualify. What You'll Do Maintain controlled quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. Coordinate document revisions, approvals, distribution, retrieval, and removal of obsolete versions. Maintain employee training records, qualification files, and recurring training trackers. Support internal, customer, FAA, EASA, and quality-system audits by organizing records and tracking follow-up items. Maintain approved supplier and external-provider records, certifications, and required quality documentation. Track corrective actions, audit findings, due dates, and objective evidence through closure. Assist with regulatory, customer, and company requirement updates and related document changes. Prepare quality reports, logs, meeting materials, and compliance summaries as requested. Perform accurate data entry and record updates within QMS, ERP, spreadsheet, and document-storage systems. Support the Quality Manager, inspectors, and other departments with quality-system information and administrative needs. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing controlled information. You notice when a date, approval, record, or document is missing and take ownership of getting it resolved. Your experience may come from aviation, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, defense, or another environment where accurate documentation and compliance matter.
You should be comfortable:
Managing several trackers, records, and due dates at once Working carefully in Word, Excel, Outlook, and shared file systems Following document-control and approval processes Preparing records for audits and following up on open items Communicating with employees at different levels of the organization What You'll Bring At least two years of administrative, document-control, quality, or compliance experience Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic files Ability to maintain accurate records and work within controlled procedures Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment Preferred Experience Aviation or FAA Part 145 repair-station experience

9001, or another regulated quality system Training records, audit preparation, or corrective-action tracking Supplier-documentation or certificate review QMS, ERP, SharePoint, or document-management systems Physical and Work Requirements This position is primarily performed in an office environment within an active repair facility. It requires regular computer use, sitting or standing for extended periods, occasional walking through production areas, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Employees must follow all company safety, PPE, ESD, equipment-operation, and FAA repair-station requirements.
Pay Range:
$24.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience.
