About The Role We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and end-user computing environment. This hands-on role supports Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, ERP applications, security systems, and daily IT operations across office and manufacturing environments. What You'll Do Provide Tier 1-3 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices. Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions. Support Oracle NetSuite, A+W, and other business applications. Troubleshoot network, VPN, wireless, VoIP, and connectivity issues. Install and support IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, cabling, and security cameras. Maintain IT asset inventories, system documentation, backups, and equipment lifecycle records. Assist with technology projects, upgrades, and process improvements. Qualifications. 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network support experience. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows operating systems, and network troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. ERP experience (NetSuite, A+W, SAP, Epicor, Dynamics, or similar) preferred. Experience with SQL Server or database administration is a plus.
