Senior Analyst Responsibilities:
- Ensure content governance by aligning site structure, templates, and metadata with enterprise information architecture standards and defined SharePoint governance practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders and site owners to continuously improve content quality, navigation, and discoverability, enabling faster access to trusted information and reducing duplication.
- Design, develop, and maintain simple business solutions using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate, supporting data collection, workflow automation, and process efficiency.
- Integrate forms and workflows with SharePoint lists and libraries to streamline business processes such as approvals, data capture, and notifications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams (architects, developers) to gather requirements, explain technical constraints, and support resolution of platform-related issues.
- Provide ongoing user support, training, and guidance to improve adoption of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across PDM business teams.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, access controls, and site security to ensure compliance with organizational policies and appropriate data access.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor site usage, content engagement, and adoption trends, providing insights to improve platform effectiveness.
- Analyze site usage data to identify opportunities for improving content organization, search experience, and user engagement.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and other AI platforms to build lightweight assistants or agents that improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance information access.
- Stay current with evolving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and AI capabilities; proactively recommend improvements to enhance digital collaboration and knowledge management. Qualifications
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online content management and administration
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Forms
- Understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, and governance models
- Experience with reporting and analytics for content usage and site performance AI & Digital Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, and AI-assisted productivity tools
- Ability to design simple AI-driven solutions to improve knowledge access and automation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and governance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and architecture teams
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on user experience and adoption Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 solutions Pay range and compensation package Pays up to $54.
