Job Summary The job of Technology Support Manager is done for the purpose/s of managing technology department support operations and ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and capability of meeting the needs of internal and external users; managing technology department training and support services; coordinating technology projects; overseeing desktop support and the installation of software; administering cloud-based software; and supervising, guiding, and assigning work to assigned employees. Travel is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver's License & Evidence of Insurability is required
- Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
- Bachelor's degree in job-related areas with an emphasis in network systems and related hardware and software is preferred.
