The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong listening, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide support related to Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) processes, including check‑in/check‑out, credit limit adjustments, card activation for travel, and account reconciliations Review Approving Officer (AO) Designation Forms (DD Form 577) Review Travel Training Certificates, Travel Authorizations/Vouchers, and resolve related issues Respond to travel inquiries and ensure accurate DTS routing, approval, and voucher payment processing Maintain compliance with DTS regulations and requirements Analyze information and issues to provide effective resolutions Self‑teach new IT systems or software using procedures and help desk resources
Required Qualifications:
2 years of DTS help desk experience Associate degree Ability to qualify for a U.S. Government security clearance Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent customer service skills
DoD Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications:
Finance, Business, or Accounting coursework Prior Navy financial experience, CDFM, or CGFM Experience with DoD acquisition programs, organizations, processes, and procedures
Schedule:
Onsite, rotating day off (RDO) schedule, 9 hours Monday-Thursday, 8 hours Friday, with every other Friday off
Salary:
$65,000 + to align with education and experience Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
