Job Description
Description We are looking for an IT Systems Support specialist to support a Financial Services environment in San Francisco, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration in a user-focused desktop support setting. The role will provide technical support for approximately 300 end users while helping maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient workplace technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune to support device configuration, policy management, application deployment, and ongoing endpoint operations.
- Lead end-to-end rollout activities for Intune initiatives, including planning, deployment execution, validation, and post-implementation support.
- Manage core Microsoft 365 administration tasks across services such as Office 365, Azure-related tools, and Active Directory-connected environments.
- Deliver desktop and end-user support for a population of roughly 300 employees, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot Windows-based systems and maintain stable workstation performance across the user environment.
- Support remote users while also providing onsite assistance one day each week in the San Francisco, California office.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities to promote consistency and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated technical problems and improve overall end-user computing services.
Requirements
+ Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including large-scale deployments and production rollouts. + 5+ years of SaaS or enterprise application administration experience.
+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, RingCentral, Meraki, and IAM platforms.
+ Knowledge of APIs, SSO, provisioning workflows, and data migration tools.
+ Practical background with Microsoft 365 configuration and administration, including technologies such as Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Azure.
+ Solid Windows desktop support experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve user-facing technical issues effectively.
+ Experience supporting end users in a detail-oriented business environment, ideally within a mid-sized organization.
+ Ability to work successfully in a primarily remote arrangement with onsite presence one day per week.
+ Working knowledge of networking concepts is beneficial but not required.
+ Exposure to financial services or similarly structured corporate environments is a plus.
