Day Job Duties:
Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations. Install minor peripheral devices and printers. Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals. Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience. 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment, network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules. 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.
