Information Technology Upland, California Description IT Technical Assistant - Upland, CA The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate developers, is seeking a detail-oriented IT Technical Assistant to join our Information Technology team at our corporate office in Upland, California. In this role, you'll provide critical operational and technical support that helps keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly across the organization. From managing technology assets and communications services to coordinating vendors, processing invoices, and supporting day-to-day IT operations, you'll play an important role in ensuring our employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Duties & Responsibilities As our IT Technical Assistant, you'll support a wide variety of IT operations, including: Technology Asset & Systems Management Maintain accurate inventories of computers, mobile devices, servers, network equipment, printers, security systems, and other technology assets. Track hardware and software inventory throughout the organization. Assist with system audits to ensure devices remain compliant with security software, operating system updates, and configuration standards. Manage copier contracts and coordinate meter readings. Communications & Connectivity Administer accounts for internet, phone, cellular, VOIP, wireless, and other communication services. Coordinate installation, upgrades, moves, and cancellations of services. Maintain account records, billing information, and service documentation. Review existing services and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Vendor & Contract Administration Coordinate IT vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records and documentation. Manage contract approvals and maintain organized contract files. Ensure insurance certificates and compliance documentation remain current. Partner with Accounting, Insurance, and other departments to ensure company policies and procedures are followed. IT Operations Support Assist with daily IT operational projects and departmental initiatives. Help manage company-wide toner inventory and purchasing. Provide backup support for IT ticket triage and service desk operations. Financial Administration Review, code, and submit vendor invoices for approval. Reconcile departmental credit card transactions. Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
