Job Requirements Aurora, CO Top Secret/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $125,000 - $200,000 Job Description DevOps Engineering or System Administrator (Mid Level) Active TS SCI with Full Scope Poly Required On-site - no remote work available We are hiring for two separate technical positions: a DevOps Engineer and a Systems Administrator. Candidates do not need to meet the qualifications for both roles. We encourage applicants to apply if their experience aligns with either opportunity. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerized environments. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.
- Automate application builds, testing, security scans, and deployments.
- Use infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage infrastructure.
- Integrate automated testing, linting, static analysis, and security scanning into development pipelines.
- Monitor pipeline performance and reliability, troubleshoot failures, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and security professionals to support secure and efficient software delivery.
- Maintain clear documentation for pipelines, automation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or a related technical role.
- Experience designing, maintaining, or supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience working with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and the integration of security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Active TS/SCI w/ Full Polygraph security clearance.
- United States citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience using automated security scanning or vulnerability management tools.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment tools such as Helm.
- Experience supporting applications or infrastructure in a Department of Defense environment.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
