Duration:
3+ Months Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support for enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, and business applications. This role supports both office and distribution center environments, ensuring reliable technology operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications. Manage and document incidents and service requests using IT service management tools. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, equipment deployments, and refresh activities. Assist with audio/video conferencing and meeting room technology support. Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment tracking, and spare parts management. Coordinate vendor repairs, maintenance activities, and hardware replacements. Support operational technology needs, including printer maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. Follow IT security, compliance, and change management procedures. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments. Strong experience with Windows desktop administration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware. Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting. Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel locally (approximately 5%) as required. Work Environment Fully onsite position based in Cookeville, TN. Occasional travel to nearby locations may be required. Flexibility to provide support during peak operational periods or after hours when needed.
