Includes investigating and diagnosing network problems, configuring and installing updates. Provides first line IT help, sets up new users and manages security, passwords and backups. May collect IT usage statistics and monitor IT usage of business employees.

Research and recommend equipment, hardware, and software solutions related to endpoint devices. Resolve user's hardware and software issues, including training users on basic operations for the MorseLife systems. Maintain and manage the print management services with Papercuts.
Package and distribute software applications via scripting through PowerShell or other MDM related tools. Responsible for day-to-day endpoint management and updates to be consistent with all IT related policies and procedures.
Document issues and solutions in the Help Desk ticketing system to maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software. Also work with vendors for procurement of hardware and software as requested by the users. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery processes and improve user experience.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
