We're looking for an entry-level Service Engineer I tojoin our team in Kennesaw, GA, repairing and testing the advanced shockwave therapy systems used by healthcare providers across the country. This is a strong fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Mechatronics, Electronics Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology (BMET), Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Systems, or arelated technical field. No medical device experience is required — we provide comprehensive product and repair training. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair electromechanical medical devices Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Replace components and assemblies Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation Document repairs and testing results, and maintain repair records per quality procedures Assist Technical Support with troubleshooting when needed Help improve repair processes and product quality What We're Looking For Required Associate or Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Mechatronics, Electronics Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Systems, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical program Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to use hand tools and basic electronic test equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience repairing electronics or mechanical equipment Military technical experience Internship or co-op experience Familiarity with multimeters or oscilloscopes No medical device experience is required.
