Base per-treatment pay plus 100% of your tips, plus commission on add-ons and upgrades.

All Supplies Provided:
We supply hydraulic tables, premium linens, top-tier lotions/oils, hot towels, and specialized tools.

Supportive Team Environment:
Clean, fully equipped rooms, break areas, and dedicated front-desk staff to handle intake and scheduling. Responsibilities Perform customized, professional massage therapy sessions (60, 90, or 120 minutes) tailored to individual client needs and preferences. Design treatment plans utilizing various modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic (If trained)). Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment room environment before and after every session. This includes sharing cleaning duties, washing etc. We all contribute as a team. Maintain an active state license and adhere to local and state hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:
Active Georgia State Massage Therapy License in good standing (required).
Insurance:
Valid Professional Liability Insurance (or willing to obtain before start date).
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of human anatomy, body mechanics, and multiple massage modalities.
Communication:
Excellent customer service skills with a warm, empathetic, and professional bedside manner.
Reliability:
Punctual, dependable, and committed.
