Serves as the primary technical point of contact and Capability Lead for systems infrastructure services. This role is designated Mission Essential and must perform during contingencies Requirements Key Responsibilities + Install, configure, patch, and maintain physical/virtual server OS (Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL 8/9), SAN / NAS (NetApp ONTAP ), and VMware vSphere/vCenter + Administer user accounts and security groups for in-scope Active Directory domains + Operate data backup and recovery (Veeam) meeting Recovery Time Objective ( RTO ) and Recovery Point Objective for mission-critical systems + Manage enterprise tools ( SCCM , SolarWinds) and support critical service restoration priorities during contingencies
