Type:
full-time The Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our core business and financial operational data. This position is responsible for processing daily operational data, auditing inputs, correcting discrepancies, and working directly within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to ensure seamless financial and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Database Management Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational and financial data within spreadsheets, databases, and core business software. Process daily field logs, transactions, and operational records in a timely manner to support ongoing business activities. Organize and archive electronic records for easy retrieval and auditing. Data Verification & Auditing Review incoming source documentation and data entries to verify accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization. Identify, investigate, and correct data input errors or discrepancies prior to processing. Cross-reference system entries against supporting operational reports, tickets, or purchase documentation. ERP Integrity & Confidentiality Maintain the strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and operational records within the ERP database. Adhere to internal controls and standard operating procedures to ensure data consistency across departments. Assist in routine data reconciliations and system updates to preserve long-term database integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations analysis. Proficient with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Exceptional precision and high accuracy rate when entering and auditing numbers or complex datasets. Demonstrated commitment to handling confidential financial data responsibly. Strong organization and communication skills to collaborate effectively across operational teams.
