Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administration & AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate adoption of AI tools and modern business applications across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of IT, business operations, and AI, and is focused on helping teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively using tomorrow's tools. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who is naturally curious, forward-thinking, and driven to bring AI into real-world workflows. We are looking for someone who sees where technology is going and is eager to help others get there. Job Responsibilities AI Enablement & Adoption Introduce and scale AI tools (enterprise AI, agentic search, developer tools, etc.) across teams Identify practical, high-impact use cases and drive day-to-day adoption Guide teams on prompt design and AI-assisted workflows Identify, test and evaluate new AI tools Apply AI to areas such as reporting, analysis, cybersecurity, and business operations Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows using software and automation Help teams move from manual processes to AI-assisted workflows Bridge business needs with practical technical solutions Promote scalable tools and best practices across teams Create simple, useful documentation and guides IT Systems Administration, End-User Support & Training Support configuration and usage of key business systems (Office Platforms, Cybersecurity Tools, Administration and Support tools) Assist with system installations, updates, testing, and rollouts Ensure system uptime, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data consistency Provide support for business applications (Microsoft O365, ERP, CRM, PLM, VPN, endpoint security) Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, practical solutions Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, business systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical, hands-on experience Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, business applications, or technical problem-solving Working knowledge of Microsoft O365, operating systems, basic networking, and foundational cybersecurity concepts Demonstrated interest in or hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copilots, automation tools) Strong problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable supporting and working with non-technical users Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, business systems support, or a related role Hands-on experience helping users or teams adopt new tools, systems, or workflows Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or prompt-based productivity tools Exposure to scripting, automation, or workflow optimization tools (helpful but not required) Highly curious and proactive; enjoys experimenting, learning quickly, and figuring things out independently Forward-thinking mindset with a strong belief in AI-driven workflows and their practical application in real-world business settings Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical, usable solutions Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong customer-service mindset Salary range is $90k-$100k USD depending on experience and location. Note that this is an in-office position
