The consultant will work onsite in support of Dell PowerEdge Server and VMware operations.

Responsibilities:

Act as primary onsite engineer managing day-to-day IT infrastructure operations Support and maintain VMware environment (vSphere, ESXi, VM provisioning) Manage Dell infrastructure including PowerEdge. Handle daily operational tasks including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting Serve as L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and escalations Coordinate with Dell support for hardware/software issues Perform system health checks, monitoring, and performance optimization Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities Support backup and recovery operations (Cohesity experience preferred) Document environment, issues, and operational procedures Act as primary point of contact for the customers IT teams and stakeholders onsite Coordinate with offshore (India) team for extended support and task delegation
