About the role The IT Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the Center's IT infrastructure. This role provides technical support, maintains network security, and ensures operational efficiency of IT systems under the direction of the IT Manager. What you'll do Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network components. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users. Maintain network security through access control, antivirus updates, and system monitoring. Assist in maintaining system backups and disaster recovery procedures. Ensure IT compliance with corporate and federal guidelines. Support IT projects and system upgrades as directed by the IT Manager. Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and network configurations. Qualifications Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and security protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license. The pay range for this role is: 25 - 28.10 USD per hour(St. Louis JCC Main)
