The IT Cloud & Applications Administrator will setup and maintaining the college's cloudbased digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting faculty, staff, and students in maintaining a secure computing environment for our campus communities
Example of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Setup and Maintain Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Lync, Skype, Teams, and Zoom.
Setup and Maintain School Enterprise Applications:
Jamf, Adobe, Fundfive Products:
Clarity, Register, Automate, Google Workspaces. Maintain Enterprise Google Systems via Management
  • GAM.
Set and Support any Point Of Sale systems. Setup, Maintain, and Support all Digital Form solutions (TeamIA, Jotform, MS Forms, and Google Forms). Setup, Maintain, and Support Instructional Applications & Remote Support Solutions (i.e. NinjaOne, TeamViewer, Intune).
Support Foundation Specific hosted solutions:
Blackbaud, Raisers Edge.

Experience :
Associate degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of basic networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles.
