Responsibilities & Technical Requirements:
This position is focused on supporting local business clients in the tri-state area. As a Managed IT Service Provider, your day-to-day can vary greatly, but generally include: Guru experience with Microsoft Active Directory, design, implementation, and overall architecture. Experience with server class hardware from a major OEM (Dell, HP) and Windows server operating systems Hosted Exchange & Microsoft 365: Perform & support version upgrades and migrations. VMware Security, configuration of firewalls and network security. Assisting & advising clients in layman terms
Following Best Practices Abilities:
Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision Take ownership of client issues to implement a resolution. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Hard working, motivated, always looking to go the extra mile. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve unique client IT issues. Learn and support various critical application programs Team player, willingness to work flexible shifts, which may include some nights, holidays and weekends. Must have good character, ability to communicate professionally, and overall a pleasant person. You will be supporting business systems and talking to people. Experience using MSP industry tools is a PLUS, but not required Microsoft 365 administrative experience is a PLUS, but not required Please include resume.
