Type:
full-time We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator / Platform Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, secure, and scale highly available Kafka environments supporting mission-critical, real-time data platforms. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Kafka administration experience, preferably Confluent Kafka. Strong experience managing production Kafka clusters. Advanced knowledge of Kafka ecosystem components: Kafka Connect Kafka Streams Schema Registry MirrorMaker ZooKeeper KRaft Strong Linux administration experience, preferably RHEL and/or Ubuntu. Proficiency in Python and/or Bash/Shell scripting. Hands-on experience with Kafka security, ACLs, authentication, and authorization. Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for Kafka monitoring and observability. Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform for infrastructure automation. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
