• Regulatory Compliance What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Designing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems aligned with regulatory frameworks Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities Managing documentation and evidence to support regulatory submissions and third-party audits Collaborating with operational teams to ensure quality standards are embedded into processes Developing and delivering training on quality procedures and compliance requirements Monitoring regulatory changes and updating systems to maintain ongoing compliance Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action processes What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 2-5 years of experience in quality systems, compliance or related regulatory functions Working knowledge of QMS frameworks and audit management methodologies Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards Strong documentation and process design skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) certification
